Since we have started providing services to vacationeers, and since we live in Meadowmont, why not treat you just as well?
Absentee owners who decide to come up for a week/weekend, especially in the winter, are forced to unwinterize their cabin/home and shop before they can actually sit down and start to enjoy their stay. And then they have to spend kick back and rest up time shutting everything off and closing down their cabin/home before they leave!
With just a key, a set of instructions and a little trust, we can ensure that you walk into your cabin/home and find it just like a hotel room.
Your home will be heated or cooled off, your electricity will be on, your water will be ready, your beds will be made, towels in the bathroom, your pre arranged shopping list will be stocked in the kitchen, food prepared, walk and driveway plowed or shoveled, movies rented...whatever you want or don't want
At the end of your stay, we'll clean up and close down your cabin/home until the next time! This includes complete sanitizing of kitchen and bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, garbage, laundry(linens), electricity shutoff, water shutoff, locking, winterizing (seasonal) and alarming security (when provided).
Planning entertainment for guests... We can arrange almost any type of entertainment from clowns and balloons to live music for that big yard party.
And don't forget those dratted pine needles-we'll
cleanem^4U and haul 'em away or...maybe you'd like a spring or fall fire party... we'll gather up the needles, fire 'em up and arrange a small party around the fire...chairs, snacks, marshmallows (smores), soft drinks ((BYOB) etc...a great diversion for the kids while you play cards or talk story with your neighbors and friends around the fire while the kids watch TV!!!
